Gnocchi is the greatest food I have ever tasted, well homemade gnocchi anyway. Sushi's great, and I do love Lobster. Eggs Benedict can be so fabulous but so far nothing beats the homemade gnocchi. I'm not trying to rub it in, or suggest that I'm the best chef out there. I'm just stating some of my core principles.
