The astronomers out there need to come up with a system for a 26 hour day because I need another two hours of sleep at night and I don't see any other way of getting it. Is it just me, or is everyone getting too busy for a traditional 24 hour day? The demands for work are substantial, and obviously time-consuming, and ridiculously hard on a person (mentally or physically). I wish for a return to the 40 hour work week, with 3 weeks paid vacation. Instead, I get the usual pay, with a 48 hour week and whatever time I can squeeze in when I'm not working weekends for vacationing.
I really am thinking about quitting this life and moving to a house in the bush. I can sponge off my parents for the rest of my life because I plan to die fairly young. I need to work out some kinks, I'll let y'all know when I've got it figured.
